I've sat with enough families to know this: the people who wait the longest to make a change are rarely waiting because they don't want it. They're waiting because "someday" feels safer than "now."

But someday isn't guaranteed. I've seen that play out more than once — people who waited for the perfect moment, only to have that moment get taken away from them before they were ready.

That's not meant to scare you. It's meant to remind you that you don't have to wait for someday. You're allowed to want this for yourself today.
