Real Estate Agents say "kitchens sell homes." It's true; a cool kitchen is often times one of the main selling points to a home since it is a well used and central room. This is even more apparent as we get into the holiday season and kitchens see a lot of use and company. If you're considering selling and want to get top dollar, a kitchen make over is usually the best way to ensure peak interest.

I spent the day driving around town taking pictures of homes we manage for an out of town investor. It’s nice to get around town and take some less traveled back roads to see the sights.

We all want to find the perfect home one day. That said, nothing is perfect. Comment below with something you would do or have done to your home to make it just the way you like it. When I purchased my home the first thing I did was replace the outdated living room chandelier with a large ceiling fan, a totally necessary upgrade in Florida.

Good morning everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the nice fall weather we've been having. Florida is of course famous for it's summers. However, since the cool weather is beginning to set in, what are some of your favorite fall activities in Florida? I enjoy duck hunting in the swamps of central and south Florida along with walking my dog in the mornings when its nice and brisk out.
