Sometimes the ā€œ100% mom + 100% business ownerā€ days look a little more like this.. šŸ˜‚

Still in my workout clothes, sitting on the floor with my laptop, entertaining a fussy baby who just got his shots, popping the binky in long enough to make a phone call, answering emails in between cuddles, and trying to keep the business moving while being exactly where Iā€™m needed most.

Working from home with your baby is such a blessingā€¦ but glamorous? Not always.

Some days youā€™re closing deals from your office, and other days your office is the living room floor with a baby in your lap.

With homes currently on the market in this subdivision averaging 125 days on market, we were able to get our sellers UNDER CONTRACT in just 16 DAYS and even better, identify what truly felt like the absolute perfect buyers for this home and our sellers.

This one took a little extra patience, persistence, and trust in the process!

Three contracts. Two cancellations. BOTH during the WEEK of closing for reasons completely outside of the sellersā€™ control. šŸ˜… But we kept moving forward, and in the end, it all worked out exactly how it was supposed to.

We ultimately closed with the highest offer we received AND in AS-IS condition! šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

Real estate isnā€™t always a straight line from listed āž”ļø sold. Sometimes it takes navigating the unexpected, keeping everything moving, and knowing when to pivot. So happy we were able to get this one across the finish line and deliver a great outcome for our sellers!
