I spent my whole weekend showing a client all around the northeast coast of Florida - from South Ponte Vedra Beach all the way up to Amelia Island. They are relocating to Florida and weren’t sure what side of town they wanted to be on. So we took a tour!

Here’s me reminding you of two things: 

1. You only have four days left until Christmas Day. 
2. Today is the first official day of winter. And we’re about to have a FREEZING weekend in Jacksonville! (20 degrees! Yikes!🫢🥶)
