Hey! I have never really expressed the types of homes that I personally like but this one in GA is perfect. HGTV had a show called Income Property that I used to watch all the time. The concept of buying a home that has another dwelling that you can rent out to help pay your mortgage quicker makes sense.

So looking around in GA, I just found this home. It is not mine. I do not know the agent. If I were in Macon, I would really try to buy it for the additional income potential. If you know someone in the area that is ready to buy their own home and would benefit from receiving rental income from it. Please share the listing.
