Tuesday tip: What is a deed of trust vs. a warranty deed? 📜

📋 WARRANTY DEED: transfers ownership from seller to buyer — the main closing deed.

🏦 DEED OF TRUST: secures the lender's interest in the property — essentially a mortgage document in Texas.
