I am truly grateful and blessed to have served in 2025 as the Chair for the NEFAR St. Johns Area Council. It has been an honor to lead alongside so many dedicated professionals in our industry.

As we step into 2026, I am excited to continue serving our NEFAR Association as the Chair for the Holiday Party Task Force. I don’t take this position lightly and look forward to working with our incredible leaders to create the best Holiday Party yet — a celebration of the hard work, commitment, and excellence of our industry partners and affiliates.

La Rosa Realty agents had a great call with our CEO, Joe La Rosa and Real Estate Attorney, Andrew Doyle this morning as we addressed some of the concerns that our agents may have as well as discuss the potential impact of the NAR Settlement.

There were over 600 agents online.

Again, what was reiterated was that the sky is NOT falling. We as an industry need to remain calm and stay positive and continue to conduct business as usual.

For any concerns that come up whether it’s from your customers or yourselves, reach out to your Broker for guidance. They are here to support you.

We should be focusing on educating our consumers and showing our TRUE value that good, experienced and knowledgeable agent representation provides.

We got this! 👊🏽

We are worthy of our commissions which have ALWAYS been negotiable.

• Don’t believe all the “Fake News”. (News outlets, blogs, Real Estate groups spreading negative information, opinions of agents who are cutting corners or who aren’t in fact doing the work, etc.)
