Less permitting means building times will short but inventory is decreasing! Last year there was a huge increase in demand and builders couldn’t keep up with supply. Now supply is down, but demand is also down due to interest rates.

How do you think this will affect our market?

As you begin to tour homes, keep in mind most homes have some sort of audio or visual surveillance. While sellers are supposed to legally disclose this it is still important to keep this in mind regardless. The last thing you want is to show all your cards before negotiating even begins or offend a seller because something you hate about the house and want to change immediately is their favorite part. Selling a home can be an emotional process and you want emotions to play in your favor.

It is always best to discuss your thoughts on a home, good or bad, outside of the property!

House hunting can be an exciting and overwhelming experience, but have you ever thought about the impact of viewing too many homes in one sitting.
Viewing too many homes can lead to information overload and can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unable to remember the details of each property.

By limiting the amount of homes you tour in one sitting to just 3-4, you can take your time to fully absorb the details of each property and make informed decisions.

And by doing this, you’ll be able to better compare and contrast each home, making the decision process much easier without feeling overwhelmed.
