🏡 Past Buyers, Don’t Panic! 🫶🏼

I’ve spoken to a lot of you individually this morning, but wanted to share this for all of my past buyers!

If your property tax bill shows up in the mail, DON’T panic! Most of you pay into an escrow account each month and your mortgage company will typically use those funds to pay this bill for you.

If you’re unsure, give your mortgage company a quick call to confirm.
