Tina Sanford Realtor, Watson Realty I am a Northeast Florida native with 25 years of experience working for a Fortune 500 company providing financial services to customers globally.

I enjoy using my skills to contribute to the exciting world of real estate that happens every day at Watson Realty Corp. My formative years were spent in Nassau and Baker Counties, providing me with helpful insight into those more rural markets. I live and work in Jacksonville and, as such, have a very well-rounded perspective of our community. I raised my daughters in both Nassau and Baker counti

In that capacity, I developed extremely close ties to the school communities, dance repertoire companies, parent organizations, community services, fellowship organizations, and other social networks that have enabled me to maintain a solid grounding that has been my foundation for success in this slice of heaven we call home. I enjoy taking my grandsons to school and watching them play sports in St. Johns County, expanding friendships and networks with the Bartram Trails Athletic Association. In addition to spending time with our children and grandchildren, my husband and I have gained a tremendous love for North Florida and the vibrant lifestyle by taking the time to travel. Nothing makes you appreciate home like visiting other places. Each year we strive to visit a state we’ve yet to enjoy and a country we’ve never seen. This has also helped widen our perspective as we share our experiences with others. We are actively engaged in the local live entertainment community in our spare time, and we enjoy hosting social events for friends, both professionally and sometimes just for fun! In doing so, I have learned some great tips to help you market your house to the right buyer and tips to help you see the potential in that forever home you are looking to purchase.
