The sweetest little blessing has arrived, and my heart is fuller than I ever knew it could be.

There are some moments in life you wish you could bottle up and keep forever, and getting to hold my granddaughter for the first time is definitely one of them💕

Welcome to the world, sweet girl. You are already so incredibly loved, and I feel beyond blessed to be your Grandma🤍

For now, I’m soaking up every tiny snuggle and every precious moment with our newest addition🎀

I’ll be stepping away from real estate Thursday through Monday for the sweetest reason — my granddaughter is making her arrival! 🥹💕

I’ll be soaking up these precious first moments, celebrating with my family, and enjoying my newest role as Grandma. 🤍

And here’s a little tip before you head to the nursery: check Facebook Marketplace! 👀 People are always selling beautiful, mature plants—sometimes with the pot included—for a fraction of the price.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families whose lives were forever changed, and all those who continue to carry the weight of that day.

As a New Yorker, September 11th is deeply personal. So many of us knew someone, loved someone, or knew a family whose life was forever changed that morning. The loss was felt throughout New York and across our entire country.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the lives, the courage, the sacrifice, and the way Americans came together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

U-Haul’s 2026 Midyear Migration Report looked at real one-way moves across all 50 states actual trucks, trailers, and containers rather than surveys and one thing really stood out:

🌴 Florida is the only state ranked in the Top 10 across every generation.

From Baby Boomers and Gen X to Millennials and even Gen Z, Florida continues to be a place people are packing up and moving toward. And each generation has its own favorite places swipe through to see where everyone is heading! 👀
