Yesterday was a very special closing. As you know, our local market has done 20 million things in a very short period of time and due to a number of hurdles, I ended up working with my sweet friend for over a year. No, we weren’t actively touring homes on the market the entire time but we had check ins, strategy sessions, and most importantly trust.

I am extremely proud of Devon for not giving up and being resilient, because in the end she is now a home owner of the most adorable bungalow 🖤 I’m honored to have been on this journey with you!
