🤩 2024 🤩 I am beyond thankful for an incredible year of opportunities to help my friends, family and referrals invest in Real Estate. With the support of Megan and my fabulous transaction coordinator, Amy, we successfully closed 16 buyers and 4 listings equaling $11.7M+ in volume. It is so hard to believe I am entering into my NINTH (🤯) year as a Realtor, and I am looking forward to see what this new year brings. I can’t let another moment go by without acknowledging the appreciation I have for my right hand, . She has become such an incredible asset to my business and everyone who meets her, adores her. Three years have gone by since she responded to my Facebook post begging for an agent to help me consistently, and I won’t let her leave. What started as vacation coverage has turned into an incredible friendship / business partner. Can’t wait to see what all we tackle together in 2025! Cheers. 🥂

So excited for these special buyers of mine to be officially coming back to Jacksonville! 🤍 They narrowed their search down to three neighborhoods and waited for the right thing to come on the market. I appreciate their trust in me again! Next up: binder deposit dropped off and inspections.

So excited for my first time home buyer planting some roots in Jacksonville! Vince and I met years ago while brewery hopping in Asheville. I was there before heading skiing and he was there on a bachelor party. We connected over a mutual love for the Jags. 🐆 we followed one another on social media and two years later - he reached out to help him find a home here! I was so excited to share with him that the sellers accepted his offer on this historic Murray Hill bungalow. Walking distance to Edgewood and one of my favorite spots, . Congrats Vince! 🎉

Megan and I are excited to share that Old Hickory Road is officially closed! This one was quite the rollercoaster for multiple reasons, but we are so excited for Ryan and Sarah to be in Jacksonville. This historic bungalow is located in South Shores, with a beautiful renovated kitchen, large pool and spacious yard. They are such a sweet couple, and we can’t wait to welcome them home! 🏡🪴🤍 Huge thank you to my friend for the referral and trust in my team!
