Market Snapshot from October. Days on the market are up, as well as inventory. However, inventory is still far below the 6 months required to make a "buyer's" market. Even with higher than normal interest rates, we are still squarely in a seller's market.

According to the Riverside & Avondale Preservation website, this house was built in 1929 for Leon Cheek the head of the Cheek-Neal Coffee Company. His company would eventually become Maxwell House Coffee that we know today.
