Tim Huddleston is a professional Realtor representing clients in the commercial and residential real estate markets. He is a lifelong resident of Northeast Alabama and is a licensed Realtor within the State of Alabama. With over 21 years experience as a real estate investor, Tim now serves full-time as a buyers’ and sellers’ agent. He provides his clients with the expertise necessary to effectivel
y negotiate the best possible deal. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tim practices the highest standards in professionalism and adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. Prior to pursuing real estate full time, Tim served in the aerospace industry as an educator, executive, industry consultant, advocate, and policy advisor while working in real estate investing on the side. His area of expertise in aerospace was in the space sector as a policy expert focused on the economic opportunities of space. His aerospace tenureship included serving as the CEO of Talon Aerospace, the executive director of the Aerospace States Association, the director of the Aerospace Development Center, the executive director of the Alabama Aerospace Industries Association, Director of Aerospace Education for the Alabama Wing CAP/US Air Force at Maxwell Air Force Base, Governor's Advisor for Aerospace Affairs, and Senior Space Policy Advisor to three Alabama governors. While Tim is a full-time Realtor, he continues to lecture on the future of space development on the university lecture circuit from time-to-time, and he is an occasional motivational speaker at conferences and fundraising events for nonprofits. He has also appeared in several TV and movie productions as a background actor.
