Look guys. I got a puppy thinking I would be home more and I’m really not. Yall know Eriana keeps me busy. I am trying to find a home for the puppy. She is really the sweetest, most loving dog and I feel bad that we aren’t home more. She loves cuddles and just to be around people. I’ll take a picture when I get home but it is a Shih Tzu named Maylee. I don’t have a recent picture but will add some when I get home.

What I pride myself on as a Realtor is being familiar with the lending process. I have previous mortgage processing experience as well as I worked in a title Attorney’s office previously as well.

I also take pride in knowing different programs different lenders have. What might not work for my customer with my lender might have another program with another lender that will benefit them! YES of course I have my GO TO lenders but sometimes they might not be able to do or help someone that another lender can.

Realtors!!! If you have a listing, and you want it sold, PLEASE answer your phone. I have called and texted this listing agent. I have customers REALLY interested in this property.

Mind you, this house has been listed since December!!

Get you a realtor that answers the phone or at least texts back if they aren’t in a position to answer a phone call!!
