🔑 You may now have more flexibility in choosing how your agent is compensated. It’s important to have a conversation with your REALTOR® to understand the options and how they can work for you!

For Sellers:
📉 Listing agents are no longer required to offer compensation to the buyer’s agent. This means there’s more room for negotiation on how compensation/commission fees are structured, giving you greater control over costs.
