Goal setting: Tying goals to outside events can create a sense of unfulfillment. We are always behind the ball, we are always not enough. We are grateful for what we have today and focus on investing in relationships, in love, in the things we can do today that create fulfillment. The rest tends to work themselves out :)

Jerry - a beautiful soul and an awesome client. He worked his butt off for 30 years building Metro Nightclub and at the end it was time for him to move forward with his life and time to ride into the sunset. What an amazing process it was to get him a full price offer and 30 day close on a development deal after him trying to sell the property for two years! More important than it all.....Jerry gives the best hugs :)

This is the start of something special. We don't know exactly how we are going to do it, but we feel it deep down and know where it is leading us. A community, a band of people working to do better for each other, do better for the world and share our inner workings. MIKEEEEE!!! Mike is the absolute man. Nicest person in the room, big smile and big laughs. Wow! what an awesome pleasure working together. He had a property that they had owned in the family for 30+ years and it was time to sell. Was such a fun process to get the deal done and then find him an amazing warehouse to move all is stuff to. Big smiles and a 1, 2 punch. MIKKEEEE! We love you dude. Keep that big smile going :)
