I was asked what the best part of my job is the other day and the answer is simple....it's the little things. It's not about the house. It's about what that home means to the owners. It's about the little moments and precious memories that have taken place or will take place. The laughter, the tears, the good and the bad. Our homes play such a major role in our lives and are forever entrenched in our memories. Getting to play a small role in that is special and something I will never take for granted.

I have been talking to homeowners regularly who have been trying to sell their homes themselves. I get it, it makes sense to try. The idea of saving on commissions is a logical concept. The challenge is that on average For Sale By Owner homes sell for $100,000 less than ones with an agent. Now, all agents are not equal. Perhaps you had a bad experience in the past with an agent who never showed their true value. If that's the case, I am sorry. You deserve better. Heck, with how hot it is outside, I think we all want a pool. "Pools are a pain and can be expensive". You're right, they can be. But I have a network of business owners including pool companies who give my clients great service at a great price. So, owning a home with a pool can be cool ( literally) and cheap
