A September to Remember!
What a fantastic Q3! Gosh I feel like the last three months flew by in a blink of an eye! Can you believe that we are only 67 days away from Christmas!! 😱
I’m so thankful for what Q3 brought to me and all my my wonderful clients!

I was able to sell 3 listings, work with first time home buyers, investors and meet a lot of new people and join forces with a few new referral partners!
I was a guest speaker at Invest Like a Boss in Delray Beach, FL and had such a blast meeting so many passionate, lovely, boss ladies! What a privilege it truly is to share success and collaboration!

Q4 has quite the challenge for me to not only officially launch my coaching program nation wide but to also complete the renovation of my home and work on awesome, new and exciting plans to kick off 2022 with a mastermind that you won’t want to miss!

Have you ever tried to open a window from 1914!? Well it’s not always easy but totally worth preserving! Adding character in the home. DID YOU KNOW in one of Jacksonville’s historic districts located in Springfield you actually have to keep the historic windows? If broken or in need of repair the windows can be repaired by skilled professionals that work with these specific types of windows/materials. In order to replace/update all windows a certain percentage must be damaged for total replacement. Typically over 70%!

🤩 This closing is another one to remember! 🍾 A past client reached out asking if I could help her son & family find their first home. She asked what 1st time buyer programs there were and or if I could help with thinking of something outside the box. Well of course I can!
I am so happy to say that I was able to assist James and his family finding their new home with absolutely NO MONEY DOWN!!! They didn’t have to pay for closing costs and has a zero downpayment by taking advantage of a USDA loan. With help we were able to get the home closed on time with a seamless process that my buyers couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the process was.
