Celebrating an Incredible Career Milestone!

After 12 years of incredible service, our General Manager and LCAM, Stacey Konopa, has announced her retirement, effective June 15th.

We cannot thank her enough for the immense impact she has made on our community, our residents, and our team during her tenure. Her expertise and leadership have been invaluable.

The wait is over! The Tide Club at Julington Creek Plantation is officially open!
