Westlake has a pretty interesting story.

Before becoming the growing master-planned community we know today, the land was largely used for agriculture, including citrus farming. In 2013, Minto purchased the property and began developing a vision for a new community in Palm Beach County. Just a few years later, in 2016, Westlake officially became a city.

Today, Westlake is built around more than just homes. Its community amenities give residents plenty of ways to stay active, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. From resort-style pools and fitness facilities to parks, sports courts, playgrounds, and spaces for community gatherings, there's something for everyone.
