I am a Principal Real Estate Broker with over 13 years of experience in the area. I'm working with a really sweet family who currently lives in Ashland and are looking to buy their first home. They can afford up to $850,000 for a property with two dwelling units such as an additional ARU for example. For just a single-family home, they can afford up to $750,000. At minimum they are searching for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, .15-acre property. However ideally, they would like a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, .25 acres property.
