This wonderful couple called me with only 3 weeks before they had to be out of their rental. We found a home 2 days later, seller granted early possession of the home prior to the closing.
Keys in hand and moved-in 30th of July—> Owners on August 31st.

Truth is all closings aren’t easy! My client’s faith that it would all work out, was put to the test. Can’t thank them enough for having faith in me despite all the mishaps.

This is not the first home they went under contract on but the 2nd and other offers not accepted because of the contingency of selling their current home.

Silver lining, they ended up not only with a home near their kids and grandkids, but this one came with the pool they desired without having to cough up the expense to install. The icing on the cake is the fact that they now live in my neighborhood as well.
