This service alerts you any time a document is recorded or filed under your name, giving you an early warning system against fraudulent activity and the ability to act quickly to protect your rights.
This is something I share regularly because I see it firsthand. Just last week and again yesterday! Someone contacted me impersonating a property owner on a vacant lot. Unfortunately, this isn’t rare. It happens multiple times a year.
