This home got a TON of interest right out of the gate and continued to even under contract. Why? Two words ⬇️

𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜

▪️ Lots of competition with nearby builders
▪️ Solar panels that had to be paid off at closing meant we needed a buyer who had the funds to do so

We HAD to price it to turn buyers heads who might’ve otherwise gone to a builder *𝙖𝙣𝙙* had deep pockets.

My sellers were so smart and trusted the strategy and it paid off!
✔️ $10K above asking price
✔️ Under contract in just a few days
