From a plan to closing day.
Last summer, I sat down with Harry and Jo over lunch, and we talked through their situation.

Interest rates were high. They had time, almost a full year left on their lease. There was no reason to rush into a decision to “buy something.”

So we didn’t. We built a plan. We took our time, watched the market, compared builders, paid attention to incentives, and waited for the right opportunity instead of forcing one.

Fast forward about nine months. Today we completed their new home orientation, and closing is just a week away.
