Some closings mean a little more than just “SOLD.” 🤍

Almost six months ago, I had the privilege of helping this family find their home. From the very beginning, they had one big wish: room. Room to spread out, room to enjoy life, room for their family to grow, and as much land as we could possibly find.

We found them a home on an acre, handed over the keys, celebrated, and I thought that was the end of that chapter.

Until they called me again. 🥹

This time, they had the opportunity to purchase the neighboring parcel and add another acre to the place they already call home.

And I think that’s what makes this one so special to me.

Of course, I love helping people buy and sell real estate. But what I love even more is when someone I’ve helped before picks up the phone and calls me again. There is no bigger compliment than knowing that after the transaction is over, I’m still the person they trust to call when the next chapter begins.

Now, the home we found them almost half a year ago has a little more room around it. More room for memories. More room to play. More room to grow into whatever life looks like five, ten, or twenty years from now. 🌳🤍

Getting to watch my clients build a life — not just buy a property — is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me the first time, and thank you even more for trusting me again. I am so incredibly happy for your family, and I hope these two acres hold more beautiful memories than you can count.

🐾 DOG PARENTS OF CLAY COUNTY… you need to know about this place! 👀

We took Boots on a day trip to Poochie’s Dog Park, and I think we officially found one of her new favorite places. 🥹🐶

POV: I finally stopped doing my own eyebrows after 5 YEARS of being too scared to get them done. 😂👏🏼
