🚨 Hurricane Prep Reminder! 🚨

With another major hurricane heading toward Florida, here are a few tips to help you stay prepared and safe:

📸 Take photos of every room inside your home, including drawers and cabinets, for proof of belongings (furniture, valuables, etc.).

🗂️ Gather important documents: passports, insurance policies, birth certificates, IDs, and anything else you'd need if you have to evacuate.

💊 Fill prescriptions and gather medical equipment. Stock up on propane, batteries, and flashlights in case of extended power outages.

💵 Keep cash on hand in case ATMs and card systems go down.

🧳 Pack a large suitcase with clothing and toiletries. Prepare a smaller bag for immediate needs if you have to leave quickly.

🐾 Take care of your pets: Make sure they’re prepared for travel with a kennel and comfort items like a blanket or toy to ease anxiety.

🤝 Check on your neighbors, especially elderly or single folks, to make sure they’re ready too.

And let’s not forget to thank the workers who are keeping the stores and gas stations running so we can all prepare. They’ve got families and homes to worry about too. Let’s stay kind and patient as we all gear up. Stay safe, everyone! ❤️

🥂 WE ARE CLOSED!!!! 🥂

I lost a neighbor, but gained a friend, and now we have a sweet home to drink wine in Avondale now!! Congrats to Donna Mitchell who had a goal of moving closer to her daughter! I'm so grateful you chose me as your guide to help you through all the challenges, loops, twists and turns of selling a home and purchasing a new one!! We sold her adorable home across the street, and now she and Gracie will make new memories in Avondale :).
