THIS IS WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT IT TOO THIS MANY PEOPLE TOO COME OUT AND FIX MY HOT WATER HEATER WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE ANY HOT WATER FOR MONTHS BUT THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD MY FAMILY AND I THAT WE COULD TAKE A SHOWER ONE TIME AT A VACANT APARTMENT THIS IS WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN THEY CAN'T FIX ANYTHING THEY ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT

Here is when I had a leak in the living room but the only thing maintenance did was put a line and then the next day they just painted over and that's how they fix the problem just do it half ass

This is how the maintenance staff leaves an infested mattress that has bed bugs all on it and whenever they realize that there was bed bugs on it they said f**k that and drop it and threw in the bushes because they didn't want to get the bed bugs all over them what I understand they would want to drop the mattress and not want bed bugs all over them but whenever bed bugs can travel like they did all in Building 24 but that's okay that's why I'm helping all of you well and to let you know how this place really is because of the comments that I posted on there lovely page they made it just so that you can only share a picture so trust me you do not want to move into this property they will lie to you treat you like garbage afterwards and the maintenance staff will not help you with anything at all because the only thing the maintenance staff does is walk around and pick up trash for about 2 or 3 hours then maybe try to fix something there is black mold that is throughout the apartments the only thing they do is paint over it I personally had to call the city of so they can fix my problem because the only thing that I did was do it half ass and the city gave them X amount of days to get it fixed right for the city wanted me to move I don't have pictures with a playground but I will get them and just remember if your kids play on the playground for the bigger kids just think that you're going to do is be pulling splinters out of their hand in their legs and the toddler playground it's right beside the office there are some juveniles out there that don't thing they do is go out there and smoke w**d and then put graffiti all over the equipment because there was a time that there was p**p all over the slide and my wife and ask them to see if they can clean it up and it took them at least five to six months before then they actually do something but by then the rain has washed it away
