😀👍Really excited for this one! We sold a townhome in Beachwalk in January in 3 days for the highest price in the neighborhood. As a result, we got a call from another client who wanted us to sell their townhome. We told them that we would do our best, but we couldn't guarantee those results. Well, this one took a bit longer - 7 days - but it is the new price leader in the neighborhood! Our sellers are thrilled and we couldn't be happier for them!

🚨🚨 Long -ish post alert. So today I was able to pick up my Good Neighbor award from Nefar.
Ironically, someone asked me yesterday what work award I was most proud of. It’s this one - hands down.
Why? Well, for starters, there are over 11k realtors in Northeast Florida and only 1 gets this award. It is completely determined by voting and nominations from other realtors.
Secondly, the organization we have partnered with, Hunger Fight, is an incredible organization that ”feeds the bellies and feeds the minds” of local youth. Many of these kids don’t get meals outside of school and Hunger Fight has donated over 17 million meals over the last decade and continues to add to their services and reach. Dean and Sherri Porter, the founders of the organization, have dedicated the last 10 years if their life to help erase hunger and illiteracy in Jacksonville and have been amazing partners.
Lastly, when we tell our clients that a portion of their closing goes to feed hungry kids and give them their certificate showing how many meals they contributed, there is rarely a dry eye in the house.
I don’t do my job for awards. We didn’t partner with Hunger Fight hoping this would happen. However, I could not be more honored or proud of this recognition and want to thank all of our clients for making this possible. We love you and will continue working hard to make an impact in our community!

Congratulations to our clients who closed on this luxury home in Palencia.
Tracy Glynn worked her magic when we did an open house and these lovely folks came into see it. While they didn't love the house we were in, they loved working with us and we found them the perfect home.

Still blown away by this award. So thankful to my clients and Dean and Sherry Porter of HungerFight for allowing me to partner with them and be associated with their incredible goal of ending hunger and illiteracy in our children.
While I was extremely disappointed to miss the event, I am honored by the award and the very thoughtful words from Mr. William Glenn East.

NEFAR Good Neighbor Award
Ben Glynn – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realty
The Good Neighbor Award honors the NEFAR member who has dedicated extensive personal time and resources to humanitarian causes or charitable efforts during the year. Ben Glynn has a lengthy partnership with Hunger Fight that extends over several years. Hunger Fight is a community organization that provides food to hungry families, children, and seniors as well as books to preschoolers. He has donated many hours of his time to packing events, speaking engagements, and serves on the nonprofit’s Board of Directors. In addition, he contributes a portion of every real estate transaction he completes to Hunger Fight, providing nearly 20,000 meals in 2022. Ben is also a community partner for Hunger Fight’s 10th Annual Thanksgiving Community Outreach packing event. He was also involved in helping to find a general contractor for the nonprofit’s new offices that will be built in 2023.
