If you are rich and financially stable enough that you don’t think you need any down payment assistance programs to buy a house and you’re too good for all that then keep on scrolling, but if you wanna save some money and use uncle Sam’s money to buy a house then hold your scroll! Right now uncle Sam is giving away $10,000 towards the down payment of your new home, there are a few things that need to happen, but here are the three major things
1. Make less than $107,000 per year.
2. Have at least a 640 credit score
3. Have not owned or bought a home in the last three years.
