Before I listed this home it had been listed with someone else for over 200 days and the listing expired. I suggested some changes, a few were:
- virtual staging
- highlighting the multi-generational floor plan in marketing
- pressure washing!!
I talked with the sellers openly & honestly about the comps, the market, and 3 different pricing strategies. The result was a TON of showings and an accepted offer on Day 1. Really happy for these sellers!
