The property appraiser's TRIM notices are hitting mailboxes, and I always get questions about them because they can be a little confusing.
If you bought your home recently (especially in 2024) this is where escrow shortages usually happen, and it’s way better to catch it early than to get surprised by a letter in the mail later this year.
