EMK Properties is looking to hire a Real Estate Assistant to work directly with the owner.

Although this is a work from home position, occasionally you may need to come in to the office.
Hourly Rate is $9-$14, depending on experience.
REQUIREMENTS
0. Start work ASAP (by July 2nd 2018 at the latest – sooner the better)
1. Speak and write proper English and be very easy to understand (as you will be interacting with USA residents)
2. Comfortable working 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday. (Occasionally evening and weekend calls may be necessary to fit the schedule of a seller)
3. A hard worker who never misses work
4. Able to pick up new tasks easily
5. Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls (no cold calling)
6. Do simple research and data entry
7. Study real estate training we provide to be knowledgeable when speaking to clients
In terms of things needed to perform the job the ideal candidate must;
– Have a phone to make and receive calls
– Have a reliable, fast internet connection
- Have a valid drivers license & reliable car
– Have a computer and a quiet home office
– Be able to watch tutorial videos and follow simple step by step instructions
