Meet Tonya, our Director of Property Management at Innovative Property Solutions! 🏡 With experience in the real estate industry since 1994 and 18 years dedicated to property management, Tonya brings years of knowledge and experience to the IPS team. Since joining IPS in January 2025, Tonya has enjoyed many aspects of the role, but her favorite part is simple: the team! 💚 Working alongside a great team makes her role especially rewarding.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Tonya relaxing at the beach or spending quality time with her family. 🌊☀️

Property turnover is the process of preparing a rental property for a new resident after the previous resident moves out. This can include inspections, cleaning, repairs, maintenance, rekeying, and making sure the property is ready to be marketed and rented again. 🔑🧹🔧

A smooth turnover helps ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and ready for its next resident while helping minimize the time the property sits vacant. ✨
