1. ❤️ Your gut instincts and how you vibe with them: Do you get a good feeling after talking with them, or are there any warning lights going off? Does it seem like you’ll enjoy spending time with them?

2. ☎️ Communication: Are they prepared when you have conversations? Are they hard to get a hold of? This is especially important if you’re a first-time homebuyer!

3. 👪 Reviews and word of mouth: What do their clients have to say about them? Have any of your friends/family worked with them before?

You should always interview at least 3 property managers before making a decision so you can get a feel for the different communication styles and real estate strategies that are out there.
