Here’s how it goes: The builder’s rep walks you through the house, explains the warranty, reviews your home inspection report, and then... hands over the roll of blue painter's tape to you and your agent. That’s when the hunt begins! 🕵️‍♂️🔍

💡 Fun Fact: In all our years in real estate, we have never seen a brand-new home with zero issues. And that is totally okay!
