I spend a lot of time looking at the market. 🥸Looking at houses. Doing all the things. And I try to find some good deals that buyers may be interested in. So I see all kinds of things.

‼ But I can't believe some of these prices, y'all! How is a builder going to price a new construction home, just under 2,220sqft, 3 bedroom/2 bath, WITH A FIBERGLASS SHOWER INSERT IN THE PRIMARY BATH and not even a water closet...toilet just hanging out there so whoever is brushing their teeth can watch your significant other on the toilet. At just under $480k?????????? How??? Looking like every other house out on there on the market. Nothing special.

Just under HALF A MILLION DOLLARS??!!!!

You gotta be kidding me. I would glamp in a tent before I paid some of these ridiculous prices on less than ordinary houses. Puhlease.

🚨 BOLO – RUNAWAY JUVENILE 🚨

The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Madalyn Rose Neal
• 15 years old
• White female
• 5’7” | 105 lbs
• Blonde/Brown hair | Blue eyes

Madalyn was last seen on February 19, 2026, around 10:30 p.m. at her residence in the area of Burgaw Highway. She is believed to have left the home sometime before 3:50 a.m.

She may be traveling in a white 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and is believed to be in possession of a black and pink backpack and a purple rolling suitcase. Clothing description is unknown at this time.

And congratulations to my sellers for finally being able to close this chapter in their book. They have moved into a beautiful home in Oklahoma and making lots of memories with their grandbaby!
