If you plan to BUY or SALE a home PLEASE read this before picking an agent to work with.
Sellers- Your agent should have resources to help you get your home ready to sale and save you money.You don't not have to allow anyone to charge you 6 + percent in total commissions to sale your home. You can pick how much commission you want to pay. You should be shown in writing that you can cancel listing agreement at any time for any reason and pay zero fees of any kind. You should not be charged a brokers,fee,agent fee,transaction fee,or any such fees. There is alot more I would be happy to share with you.
Buyers- Did you know that if you pay for any inspections those funds can be reimbursed to you? You should not be charged any brokers,fee,agent fee,transaction fee,or any such fees. Buyers never sign any document stating that you agree to only work with any particular agent,if you do and you are not happy with that agent for any reason even if you stop working with them you are still stuck with them. Buyers also don't believe the lie that agents can not give you a part of their commission because they can there is a process for this. Think about Buyers how fair is it that you make this agent 10,000 for nearly no work, there is really no work to do when buying new construction and they give you a thank you card,door mat,gift basket,or some other trinkets.
