So happy for this wonderful family! 🏡✨ It was a pleasure helping them sell their home and purchase a new one so they could be closer together.

We were able to use a refinance loan from their previous home to purchase the new one before listing, allowing them to move at their own pace without feeling rushed or bringing any cash out of pocket.

Always great working with someone on the team to keep the transaction smooth from start to finish. Grateful to be part of this big move for them! 🤍

September wrapped up with so much to be grateful for, and I’m excited to welcome fall! 🍂
This month, I had the privilege of helping 3 amazing buyers find their homes. Two were first-time homebuyers - my favorite milestone to celebrate 🎉 - and the third was a seasoned investor who secured her last property to enjoy a well deserved retirement 🏡✨
Looking back at Quarter 3, it’s been my best yet! 🥳 I’m beyond thankful to have helped 11 clients on their real estate journeys. Even with all the uncertainty and headlines about the market, people are still reaching their goals, and I’m proud to be part of those wins.

August was one of those months that flew by but left me with so much to celebrate. Between birthdays (mine included 🥳), helping families take huge steps toward their dreams, and watching buyers begin their next chapters, I couldn’t be more grateful for the work I get to do every day.
I had the joy of helping a family make the move to Florida and start fresh in the Sunshine State🌞
I also helped another family purchase land where they’ll be building their dream home—something I’m so excited to watch come to life 👷‍♀️
And one of my highlights was helping a sweet couple buy their very first home in Springfield. That house had so much charm, and the second-floor balcony instantly became one of my favorite features 🏡
Looking back, August was busy, but it was also incredibly rewarding. With 2 active listings and 4 buyers under contract, things aren’t slowing down anytime soon. July was filled with wins, growth, and some amazing people!✨

This month, I had the absolute joy of helping three amazing buyers each start a unique journey:
🏡 One was a past client—finally ready to plant roots and create the homestead they’ve been dreaming about. Being part of their next chapter felt incredibly special.
🛠️ Another buyer purchased a property with plans to build a home of their own—watching that vision come to life will be such a rewarding journey.
🌴 And one recently moved to Florida, ready for a fresh start and a brand-new adventure.
But the story doesn’t stop there...
📦 I helped a wonderful seller successfully list and go under contract—turning the page to their next chapter.
📑 Two more buyers went under contract—one, a first-time homebuyer ready to take a big step toward independence, and the other, a lovely couple making the move to Florida to begin an exciting new chapter.
🔑 And one of my sellers is officially under contract, ready for what’s ahead.
✨ I still have two beautiful listings available in Baymeadows and Bartram Park— great price, awesome location, and ready for their next owners.

July was busy in the best way, and I’m so grateful for every conversation, every showing, and every opportunity to help someone take their next step.

June Recap 🌞🌊

This month I had the opportunity to vacation and spend quality time with my close family—my parents, siblings, nieces, and the newest little additions, my nephews. It was such a special time filled with sun, sand, and laughter—a perfect reset for the new quarter.

One of the most memorable parts of the trip? I finally saw my first sea turtle in the wild, getting ready to lay her eggs right there on the beach. After all these years living in Florida, it was such a beautiful experience to witness. 🐢✨

On the business side, I’ve got 3 properties currently in escrow and 2 active listings that are perfect for first-time homebuyers. Both homes are located in gated communities with access to resort-style pools and fitness centers. They’re also situated in great locations—conveniently close to major highways, making commutes and daily errands a breeze. May was filled with meaningful moments—and I’m feeling incredibly grateful 🤗 I had the honor of closing two homes with amazing clients, and each reminded me why I love what I do.

One was for the sweetest couple who navigated a bumpy transaction with patience and grace. I’m so glad we stuck it out together, and I’m thrilled they’re starting their next chapter in Fernandina Beach!

The other was for a smart, driven young woman transitioning from college to her career. Helping her find the perfect space for this next phase was so rewarding—I know she’s going to thrive.

I also earned two new listings from a long-time client who trusted me once again to help sell his investment properties. Plus, I had the chance to reconnect with past clients who are ready to jump back into the market—excited to be part of their journey again!
