✨ AUGUST RECAP: 5 CLOSINGS & 5 STORIES I’M SO GRATEFUL TO BE PART OF 🏡🤍

August was BUSY, but looking back at this month, what stands out most isn’t the number of closings. It’s the people, the stories, and everything that happened before we ever got to the closing table.

First-time homebuyers AND fellow New Yorkers! 🗽 These two have worked so hard over the last few years to accomplish their goals and create the life they dreamed of for their two boys. Getting to watch them finally become homeowners was such a special moment. 🥹

This one was such a full-circle moment for me! I originally met Sierra back in 2017 at my first job after moving to NC from New York. Years later, we reconnected on Facebook and she reached out when she and her fiancé, Corey, were ready to sell their home and buy their next one.
