One thing I always want my buyers to understand is the real monthly cost of owning a home—not just the mortgage payment.

If you’re looking in a community with a CDD, make sure you know what that fee is, what it helps pay for, and how much it adds to your housing expenses. Those gorgeous pools, parks, walking trails, and community amenities can come with a cost. 😉

From September 7–14, we saw:

🏠 1,871 new listings hit the market
🔑 1,025 homes sold
📝 1,075 homes went under contract

There are definitely plenty of homes to choose from right now, which is great news for buyers! And even with all that inventory, over 1,000 homes still sold and another 1,000+ went under contract—so people are definitely still buying.
