As a property manager you will be responsible for providing legendary quality service to your owners and tenants by doing the following::
1.Obtaining new listing - single family homes, town homes and condos for rent.
2. Provide contractors to conduct repairs/replacements for any maintenance issue.
3. Provide monthly statements of income and expenses to owners.
4. Conduct move in inspections prior to a tenant moving in.
5. Conduct drive by inspections of the property.
6. Conduct yearly lease renewal inspections of the property
7. Collect rent.
8. Input of new leases, lease renewals to the company attorney.
9. Approve all invoices for maintenance conducted.
