Regular home maintenance isn’t all fun and games – but it’s something you should do on a monthly and quarterly basis to extend the life of your home and save yourself money.

Here’s April checklist:

1. Run water, flush toilets in unused spaces
2. Check water softener
3. Clean garbage disposal (stinky🤮)
4. Clear dead plants and shrubs
