Regarding a replacement of a CAM, with a community as large as Deerwood I think it is imperative that we have a manager on-site. Being a real estate agent who lives in and also specializes in Deerwood, I have insight into the workings of the job of a CAM and also of the benefits of having a manager who focuses solely on our community. I hear complaints quite often from residents in other communities, both smaller and large like ours, and from other agents as well about the management companies of other communities, both local and farther away in Jacksonvile. Many are spread too thin and can’t devote as much time on a single community. In the long run I think it would be more cost efficient and beneficial to maintain an in-house management person who only has to deal with Deerwood itself. This is my opinion on the matter, but I’m sure others would agree with me.
