I am excited to see Florida's Amendment 3 pass! It will not only save us money in property taxes (picture your mortgage escrow amount going down!) but will likely increase home values.
Campaigns against Amendment 3 are challenging the idea that reducing property taxes would make homeownership more attainable, saying that if the amendment passes, Florida home values could shoot up.
