Last Friday, ETM interns and first-year employees spent the day visiting projects that represent decades of ETM's work across Jacksonville.

Peter Ma and Dallas Schrier led the tour, walking the team through the original vision, the challenges, and the decisions that turned each project from an idea on paper into the place it is today.

Kingsminster Ponte Vedra breaks ground.

Last week, Outreach Education broke ground on Kingsminster, a new independent K-8 Christian school set to open in August 2027. The 12-acre campus will serve over 800 students at full enrollment, with academic, athletic, and spiritual s**ces designed to support the formation of the whole child.

Congratulations to Dallas Schrier, P.E and Thomas Hatcher on graduating from the ULI North Florida Center for Leadership.

Before you break ground, someone has to prepare it.

Last week, Hazel Street Industrial and Faropoint officially broke ground on Pritchard Park, a two-building, 157,680-square-foot industrial development bringing small-bay warehouse and manufacturing s**ce to Jacksonville's Westside.

The project sits on 15 acres along Pritchard Road in one of Northeast Florida's most active industrial corridors, an area with direct access to I-295, I-95, I-10, Jacksonville International Airport, and the Port of Jacksonville.

ETM is proud to serve as the civil engineer and project surveyor. We're proud to be part of a project built on genuine conviction in Jacksonville's growth.

Alex Anderson's path to a Professional Engineer license started before he ever had a job.

As a student at Creekside High School, Alex was part of the Civil Engineering Academy, a program that put him on this path before most people his age had settled on a major.

His first summer at ETM came in 2017. He has been here ever since, taking on increasingly complex work.

This month, Alex passed his PE exam.

With his license in hand, Alex will serve as Engineer of Record, bringing the same preparation and care to our clients that has defined his time here.

Congratulations, Alex. We are proud of you.
