📈 Jacksonville is officially having a growth moment.
A new LendingTree study ranks Jacksonville No. 7 among America’s top 50 boomtowns — and the numbers behind that ranking are worth paying attention to.

Here are a few standouts:
👥 Population grew 2.8%
🏠 Housing supply grew 2.3%
💼 The workforce grew 5.6% — the fastest increase among all 50 metros studied
🚚 15.8% of residents are newcomers who moved from another county, state or country

What makes this especially interesting is that Jacksonville's growth isn't being driven by just one factor. People are moving here, entering the workforce, and new housing is being added at the same time.

For businesses, developers, employers and community leaders, that combination creates both opportunities and challenges: How do we keep pace with a growing workforce? Where will new residents live? And how do we make sure infrastructure and quality of life grow alongside the economy?
