Congratulations to my nephew for the purchase of his first home at the age of 24. That is one heck of an accomplishment for a young man. I am so proud of the man he has become and the things he is already accomplishing at a young man’s age. I am very proud he allowed me to be a part of this moment in his life. These are the reasons that I Love What I Do.

This piece of land did not last long. 2 acres right in the middle of it all in Argyle Forest. Land always presents different challenges but with the help of William Li at Landmark Title, we were able to over come those challenges and This one was a huge honor as it came to me from a referral who has many friends in Real Estate. I was honored to be able to help get this land sold for their parents and have everyone walk away happy.

Just Closed. All real estate transactions are important as well as each one being meaningful. This one hits home a little different. This seller was my friend and neighbor for over 21 years. I will definitely miss the conversations over the fence for hours at a time. I am anxious to get to know my new neighbors and carry on the same traditions. I was more than happy to help him sell his home of 40 years to allow him to start the life he has always dreamed of out in the deep country.
If anyone you know is looking to buy or sell, now is just as good of a time as ever. The market is definitely still moving. I would love to help out in any way that I can.
