Realtor professionalism is RARE nowadays.

🤯 I have talked myself out of many listings this year because of this.

😡 Anyone can list your home over priced but, the downside is it’ll sit on the market longer, costing you MORE money.

😂🐍 Your homegirl does NOT mess with snakes!!

While in a crawlspace looking for a leak, I was doing my thing… crawling around, checking things out… when I looked down and saw THIS. 😳

A freaking snake skin OVER 4 FEET LONG. 🐍😱

Y’all… I’m not even gonna lie. I think my soul left my body. 😂 I immediately stopped looking for the leak, turned around, and exited that crawlspace like I had somewhere VERY important to be. 🏃‍♀️💨

The leak can wait.
The snake can have the crawlspace.
I have officially clocked out. 😂😂

Why is it that EVERY time I show a house with a tall crawlspace or basement… there is ALWAYS a random chair sitting underneath ONE lonely lightbulb?! 😂

Like… WHAT is happening down here?! 👀

Are y’all in TIMEOUT?
Do you need some alone time?
Is this the basement version of a man cave?
Did somebody say, “I just need 5 minutes of peace and quiet” and disappear into the crawlspace?! 😂

Because at this point, I’m convinced every house comes with a designated underground therapy chair. 🪑💡

Realtors… please tell me I’m not the only one who sees this EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 😂😂

And homeowners… we need answers. 😂
